The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4911—H. B. 4911 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §19-1-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to raw milk; removing the requirement of a herd share agreement; permitting the sale of raw milk; requiring certain information to be provided on the raw milk container; and limiting liability in certain circumstances.
